Jason D. Salomon
Mr. Salomon focuses his practice primarily on estate planning, disability planning, asset protection, federal estate tax, gift tax, probate administration, trust administration, business planning and elder law. He is certified as an Estate Planning Specialist by the Estate Law Specialist Board, Inc. He received his law degree from the University of Memphis’ Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law.

Representative Matters
- Prepares multi-generational trust plans for clients, their children, their grandchildren and their great-grandchildren.
- Implements asset protection trusts for clients and their families.
- Prepares supplemental needs trusts for clients with disabilities or client’s family member with a disability.
- Prepares wills, trust, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills and advance-care plans for clients with basic needs and those with complicated family situations.
- Represents probate estates, both taxable and non-taxable, from start to finish.
- Serves as Guardian-ad-Litem and Attorney-ad-Litem in the Probate Court of Shelby County, Tennessee.
