Our Team

Jason Goldstein focuses his practice on civil litigation, business and corporate law, HOA representation and collections, landlord-tenant law, real estate law, as well as estate planning and probate. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the George Washington University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. Jason has served as a law clerk in the Office of the Prosecution at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands and has international business experience in the logistics and transportation sectors. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Memphis Jewish Federation Board of Directors and is a member of the 2023 Leadership Memphis Executive Program.

• Prepares wills, trust, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills and advance care plans for clients with basic needs and those with complicated family situations.
• Represents probate estates from start to finish.
• Represents buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate closings.
• Represent owners and management entities in debtor bankruptcy filings.
• Represents plaintiffs and defendants in various types of civil litigation.
