Audrey J. Grossman is an Associate with the Firm.

Ms. Grossman is licensed to practice in Tennessee and California, and concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and elder law. Her experience includes the representation of clients in a broad range of matters including special needs and long term care planning, Halachic Wills, living trusts, conservatorships and planning for young families. Ms. Grossman served as in-house counsel for the Walt Disney Motion Picture Group, practiced entertainment litigation at a premier Los Angeles law firm, and served as Senior Counsel for DivX, a publicly traded corporation.

  • Obtained reversal of long-term care insurance company’s denial of benefits to elderly client for in-home care services.
  • Established Special Needs Trust for Disabled Adult Son, and Miller Trust for Mother, allowing both Mother and Son to qualify for needed long-term care benefits.
  • Successfully petitioned probate court for amendments to irrevocable trust to allow elderly disabled client to remain in home
